Calendar Bridge privacy notice
Effective 28 October 2026.
Calendar Bridge is a personal calendar synchronization service. It accesses event dates,
availability, titles, descriptions and locations in the calendars explicitly configured by its operator.
It reads sharing permissions for private Google detail mirrors to check that they are unshared.
Across organization calendars, it writes only time ranges and a generic Busy title, with private
visibility, no reminders and no invitees. It copies full meeting text and links only to explicitly
configured private personal calendars. It does not copy attendees or send invitations.
The NAS processes event content in memory. Its local state database stores opaque event
identifiers, deletion timers, counts and health timestamps. Routine logs contain counts and error
types. OAuth credentials are stored in protected runtime storage and the operator's credential vault.
Copied events remain at their destination calendar providers under the respective account settings.
The default synchronization window covers seven days in the past and ninety days ahead.
Obsolete service-owned copies are removed after repeated complete reads and a five-minute grace
period, subject to deletion limits. Originals remain in their source calendars. During outages,
existing copies remain until synchronization resumes.
Calendar data is used solely to provide this synchronization. It is not sold, used for advertising,
or used to train general-purpose models. Google data use follows the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including its Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is not publicly available through this website.
The account owner can revoke Google access in their Google Account connections settings and
ask the operator to stop the service and remove its owned copies. Revoking access does not itself
delete existing copies. Copies can also be deleted through their calendar account. Calendar-provider
retention and administrator access remain governed by those accounts' policies.
For questions, contact the operator who configured the calendar connection.
